         Every product we sell is covered by a one year warranty. If you ever have any defect in the workmanship of a Fox product at any time during the warranty period we will repair or replace it free of charge. Fox will reimburse your return shipping costs (up to $7.50 maximum) on warranty items that are deemed defective by our warranty department. Warranties cover defects of workmanship and fabrics, but do not cover normal wear of material. Products that are replaced will be replaced with the same size and model as those originally purchased. Returned goods should be sent to Fox and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a return number acquired by calling us at 1.800.263.2035. Please make sure that products returned for warranty are washed and clean.
      We will gladly exchange unused merchandise OR issue a refund within 30 days of invoice date. Refunds are issued ONLY if merchandise is accompanied by an invoice number. In the event a FOX RACING product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, FOX RACING shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FOX RACING shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FOX RACING shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
